Watch the talented chefs from Mayura Station in action as they prepare and present a premium Wagyu menu, while sharing the story behind one of Australia’s most renowned Full-blood Wagyu breeding operations.

 

Located in South Australia’s Limestone Coast, in the heart of some of the country’s finest farming land, Mayura Station’s pristine environment is ideal for producing award-winning Wagyu beef of exceptional quality.

 

Established in 1997 with the importation of some of Australia’s first live 100% Full-blood Wagyu cattle, Mayura Station has grown to become home to one of the world’s most elite Full-blood Wagyu breeding programs.

AUSTRALIAN V8 SUPERBOATS

The Australian Formula Jet Sprint Association (AFJSA) holds 2 rounds at Spitwater Arena each season, located within the Keith Showgrounds. The AFJSA have 4 classes - 1. LS-Class, 2. 400-Class, 3. Unlimited Superboats, & 4. Junior Development. Competitiors come from all over Australia to compete, as well as some competitors from New Zealand.
